The 2023-2024 John J. Bilafer CSF Dollars for Scholars  will be available

January 1, 2024 and close March 15, 2024

"STRICT DEADLINE OF MARCH 15TH NO EXCEPTIONS"

  • Complete all sections (eg. Applicant Data, School Data, Work Experience, School and Community Involvement, Aspiration and Goals, Unusual Circumstances,Transcript, Appraisal, Financial Information) of the Online Application and SUBMIT by March 15 to be considered to receive a scholarship.
  • Once you have submitted your application, visit the MY SCHOLARSHIPS section of your profile to view and apply for scholarships to which you have been matched.  Click on each scholarship and answer all additional questions for each scholarship.
  • All Arlington resident applicants will match to the Arlington Citizens's Scholarship.  If you do not match to this particular scholarship, please call 781-316-3041 for assistance.
  • Submit each and all scholarship(s) to which you have been matched.
  • If you have any questions please call 781-316-3041 Monday thru Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 12:00noon.

***PLEASE NOTE:  IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A NAMED SCHOLARSHIP, STUDENT MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE CEREMONY ON JUNE 13, 2024 AT 8:00  PM. 

The in person ceremony will be held at Town Hall (730 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA 02476). We look forward to seeing you at the Award Ceremony to accept your award.

The dress code will be business casual and each student is encouraged to bring up to (3) guests.

Helpful Hints:

  • Students should use a permanent email address when registering on this site.  We will need to maintain contact with you after your high school graduation to verify where your scholarship money needs to be sent and to get updates from you so that you remain eligible for scholarships while you continue your education.
  • Be sure to keep your profile current and remember to check for new scholarships from Scholarship America.
  • Scholarship America will be periodically offer more scholarships that you might be eligible for, and this site will be your direct access to those scholarships.
  • Be sure to review your profile completely.  Once you apply for a scholarship, you can not modify your profile for that scholarship.
